BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 7507 and 7509 Shallowford Road, being on the northeast line of Shallowford Road northwest of Ashford Drive. Lot 1 and part of lots 2, 4, 5, and 6, block 22, lots 1-6, block 23, lots 1-7, block 26, part of lots 1-7, block 27, and parts of unopened street rights-of-way, Brookshire Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat book 12, page 39, R.O.H.C., being the properties described in deed book 3129, page 43, R.O.H.C., and deed book 3353, page 866, R.O.H.C. Tax Map No. 149G-B-7 and 8. from R-1 Residential Zone to RT-1 Residential Townhouse Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 0C 1. The dedication of the right-of-way as required by the City Traffic Engineer. 2. No more than 88 dwelling units may be built on the subject property. 3. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it, provided that this Ordinance shall not be operative until the City has accepted the dedication of the right-of-way referred to in Condition No. 2 in Section 2 above.
